If there was a score lower than 1 star, I would have chosen that. Every single order from Amazon that has been shipped via Dynamex has been late at best and lost or damaged at worst. Contacting their customer service also does nothing to help ensure that your items will be delivered properly. Terrible, terrible company.
Like others have said here. They do not ring door bell or knock, just throw the package on the front steps. Last three deliveries have been like this, and I have a video of them doing this on the last one. No wonder so many packages get stolen. Why is Amazon using these idiots?
Ive never had to deal with a worse delivery company.Two times they claimed the agency I had my parcel delivered to was closed at 6:30 pm when in fact it is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.And why deliver it at in the evening on the second delivery attempt if you thought it was closed at the time??Eventually the parcel was discovered four days after they claimed to deliver it...on the front grounds of the agency.Not even between the doors.Worst.Delivery.Company.Ever.Why does Amazon use it?
