I order alot from Amazon and the service i get from Dynamex is just awsome. I even received a package on Sunday. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews but compared to Canada post Dynamex would be my choice hands down. Well done and Thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would. Ive never come across a worse delivery company, in EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Someone at Dynamex must be sleeping with someone at Amazon
Had a delivery done multiple times. The same guy NEVER rings the doorbell. Yesterday in particular, he just threw my package onto my steps. Lazy and unprofessional. This has been caught on camera. Not saying all delivery drivers from Dynamex are like this, but this particular one who delivers to Waterford Green neighbourhood is not doing his job well.
Ordered things from amazon, 1-day guaranteed delivery. Waited 1 day, 2 days etc, no shipment arrives. After a week I log into my amazon account and read that the shipment was returned to amazon, Customer refused delivery.
As far as I know they were never at my house, I had no note or anything claiming they had been here. I will surely avoid them in the future, as I have read tons of negative reviews on this company.
