The menu said the spaghetti sauce was homemade and one of their 'claims to fame', but it tasted like canned sauce with some mushrooms thrown in. The meatballs were definately frozen before being thrown into the sauce. They didn't have that cooked in sauce taste that good meatballs have. Many of the people I was with had the schnitzel and they all thought it was good though, so if you're going, order that and don't bother with the pasta! Read more

Pembroke is really lucky to have such a full-fledged buffet. Everything is well cooked and unlike some places, doesn't all taste the same. The spicy pork is really spicy and has a fresh taste. The chicken balls have lots of meat and the red sauce goes well with them. If you arrive too early some dishes won't be ready, but when they are ready, the staff keep everything replenished quickly. You won't leave hungry! I LOVE the shrimp skewers! The atmosphere is nice and calm, although it's a little chilly in the winter somtimes. The parking lot can get really full and a bit tricky to get in and out of. The staff are friendly but the need to interact is minimal in a buffet restaurant. The one lady always says "Enjoy your meal" even when there's no meal in front of you, and sometimes when you're paying and leaving. Read more

The food here is so delicious. The menu is huge! All the dishes taste really fresh and the "bubble tea" is amazing! I forget what I ordered exactly, but it was spicy cripsy chicken on top of noodles. It was excellent. They also have the deep-fried standards like chicken wings, rice, and chicken balls. Anyone remember the chicken balls at Cresent Gardens? These are the closest that I've tasted to that recipe. I love the atmosphere! There's always karaoke music playing in the background, and the floors and tables are spotless. The little asian lady always has an interesting story to tell. All in all, although a bit expensive this restaurant makes great food, has a nice atmosphere. I'll be back! Read more
