I've been going to this place for years, when my son moved out we bought all his appliances from Ken. Always honest and makes sure we're well taken care of.

I have bought a few appliances from here and never had a problem with them. My stove, washer and dryer still work perfect. And have had them for a few years now.

We dealt with this business 3 times so far. We bought a used dryer which only lasted 4 months. He said no warranty which was understandable because it was sold as is. We called him again to change 2 receptacles for large elements on our stove. After 2 and half months both the receptacles burnt again and we have been cooking on the small elements. I called today and he said he cannot do anything. He is keep blaming that we are cooking too much. I asked him then why the small elements are not burning but he had no answer and told me to go somewhere else. He is very unprofessional and doesn't know what he is doing. He sells cheep quality parts, dryer only lasted about 4 months and receptacles 2.5 months. I wish I could report to BBB about his business.
