The work was never completed (but it was all paid for!). Another company had to be hired to complete the work.
Work site was never clean. Materials were left everywhere. Nothing was ever put away. Garbage was left strewn across the family property. Safety hazards were left out and accessible.
Workers arrived late and left early.
The work took 2.5 months instead of 2 to 3 weeks.
Phone calls were not returned promptly if at all. Very poor customer service
