I was impressed by TransAtlas Moving services! Their team was so professional and I appreciate all of their help during the pandemic. I had initially booked with another moving company but they cancelled last minute on me. TransAtlas accommodated me so quickly! I thought it would take longer than 3 weeks for my belongings to arrive, but it only took 3 days to arrive once they picked up my stuff. Overall, I highly recommend their services!

If I could give this company no stars, I would. My stuff was already disassembled and probably wouldve taken less than 30 minutes to move. I was told they would arrive between 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Come 8:00 PM I asked again for an update, and was told it would be another hour, which I could not be home for. The person I was dealing with, named Levent, then said that the movers are tired and questioned why I couldnt wait just an hour (After waiting 8). He said find someone else.

I consider myself lucky finding Transatlas to move my belongings from California to Quebec. They really have pride in their work. They have very accommodating movers with a lot of patience. We have underestimated the moving size but driver Mehmet was very hardworking to complete the loading with only one helper. Their service was as good as my last move from Canada to USA. It was more economical moving service than expected. They also managed the customs clearance and delivery professionally.
