Do not ever go to this place. Customer service is awful. They pick up a fight for no reason. Went to make an appointment and simply asked the guy,how long it takes to clean my car? He started to get really agitated and angrily said, this is not a car, it is a SUV and from there on it went down the hill. He has a very bad attitude and does not want to listen to any reasoning. A car is a vehicle with four wheels which can seat small number of people. Google it. An SUV is a kind of car.
Called/booked for an overall with new vehicle,asked if they got everything done, they said yes, paid full price, they drove it out, took a look at it, opened the back of my SUV, lifted up the back area, was not even toughed, showed it to them, they quickly did a fast clean up, did not take there time in that area, still scratches, dirty n totally wet in the inside, in the area they missed, but for the outside a pretty fair job a few little scratches. They should of gave a credit back.
Been to numerous detailing shops and never been happy was recommended to A-1 from a friend and they made my car look amazing ? strongly recommend A-1 won't ever go anywhere else
Just want to say how amazing A1 precision carcare is i had a suv that my 18 year old daughter had mistreated for the last 2 months I was so upset how she brought it back to me and didn't even want to step 1 foot into it and after a shampoo detail from A1 they brought it back to better then when I bought it brand new so so happy ? A1 rocks your so lucky Jennifer lol
