I love this place, am normally there once a week and have introduced all my friends. The owner is very nice (Mary), and remembers us and gets us a table quickly. the service is FAST, despite what some reviews have said. We normally have food on the table within 5 minutes of ordering, sometimes even faster. They frequently forget to bring the bill out - it's better to just walk up to the counter and pay for it there. This food cannot be beaten, especially if you enjoy spicy food. their take out is very quick, normally only 1 or 2 minute wait, faster if you call ahead. Cheap prices, tasty food.
Since 2000, Lin Garden has been offering its version of Hakka cuisine in Scarborough. Its claim to fame is introducing Manchurian-style noodles to the Greater Toronto Area, which can still be found on the menu, 17 years later. Open seven days a week, pick-up orders receive $10 off!
