Will never return. It was my son's 5th birthday, I called ahead to ensure that they would know this, and to make reservations. The waiter put in the wrong order, and argued that I ordered a hero sandwich for my 2 year old. The salmon was overcooked. The waiter dropped a container of sour cream on my husband and laughed. When we ordered cake, we reminded the waiter that it was my son's 5th birthday, he eventually returned - dropped off the cake and walked away. My son was very disappointed as we have been to Boston Pizza for his birthday before, and on many different occasions, and he knows this place as "the place you go for birthdays". We attempted to speak to the manager about our experience - she did nothing about it, and was actually very rude.
We were happy to see Boston Pizza come to Oakville as it's a great Family Place. However, we will never return!!
