I was in a minor accident, but charged with careless driving at six demerit points. I was worried sick. I phoned Jaycen at OTT North York. He was great put my mind at ease told me he would take care of everything. Six months later. I got a letter from him saying my case had been dropped completely, what a relief highly recommend great service thanks again.
