I have been a loyal Olsen shopper for many years. Merchandise & customer service at my Ottawa store is excellent! In todays mail I received discount opportunities to take advantage of in 9 new stores. Would have probably used them, but I would have to get on a plane to take advantage of them! Why bother sending them to customers who are unable to use them? Bad...…...

I have been buying clothes from the Southgate store for many years. I particularly like the black 100% cotton t-shirt --short sleeve, 3/4 sleeve and long sleeve. I have tried to get this since spring--apparently you are not selling these any more. They are a standard in many people's wardrobes--and have been great but I need to replace them. Please reconsider your selections and replace these tees. Pat. # RN 95368 - CA# - 10340 ; RN# 95168 CA# 10340 , etc.

You are not accepting gift cards which I got for mu wife! There is still $300.00 left and you are not willing to accept itin your store! I will never ever buy anything in Olsen. If you will not fix that and apologize I will definitely have to use legal action
