I have been going to this nail salon for the past few years but stopped about a year ago due to horrible customer service and blatant unprofessionalism. I always felt very rushed and not completely satisfied with the final product. I recently returned to be disappointed once again with the service I received. When giving direction on my personal preference I was bad mouthed (as usual) in Vietnamese as I understood what they were saying. One I had paid and gave a more than sufficient tip, this was also commented on By all the workers to be finally treated with respect by the women who did the job. They only person I recommend is Hannah as she is very kind and always professional! I cannot say the same for everyone else.
