The service is horrible. We bought a kitchen appliance there and were convinced to buy the extended 3 years warranty which we could use it towards some purchase after the warranty time if it was not used during the period. But when we go there and tried to redeem it it was such a pain. They acted like we were asking money from them even though it was our money. After 3 weeks of all kinds of waiting and a few trips and some arguments it was almost solved. Will never buy anything there again!
This place is absolutely horrendous. They gave me a three-hour delivery period on a Saturday, and that promise was not met. When I called to find out what's happening, I was put on hold for so long that the machine hung up on me (twice this happened). This business is run so bad, and no one wants to own up to it. I'm so so disappointed and don't recommend this place to anyone.
