No one cares about customer service these days. First we had to send back the appetizer because it was not cooked. Then only half of our food arrived, my wife was left waiting for her soup. Once the food did come out, we had no utensils to eat it with. No apology was offered and no care for the customer. Never again, I work to hard for my money to give to someone like that
We hear there was new owner and manager so we thought we would give it one last chance. Nikki was our server, the food was hot, service was quick and the staff seemed to have done a 180 since last summer. We were very impressed and would go back anyday.

The "Hell's Kitchen Chicken" was inedible last night. We have had this dish at other East Side Mario's locations, and it has been very good, and nicely spiced, as expected. This location's version of Hell's Kitchen Chicken, however, was barely edible, because someone in the kitchen put way too many spices on it. The vegetables were over-steamed and mushy. Our waiter did not ask if we wanted seconds on our unlimited salad and soup. Despite that our waiter had delivered us an uncomfortably spicey dish, he did not bring us water, and it was very frustrating hunting him down trying to get water. The lights were also flickering on and off. I overheard a waitress say that someone in the kitchen was playing a joke with the lights again. It seemed to take forever for the staff to go and fix the lighting problem. A terrible dining experience - not recommended.

The food here has really gone downhill with the new management. Sometimes the meal is not as described in the menu. Burgers are now processed patties instead of homemade. Salads smaller than before. Overall, a disappointment if you've been here before.
