Its so loud you can't talk to the people you are with you have to yell. My pants got stuck to the gum left under the table and it took 45 minutes for the waitress just to take our order.
There were fruit flies all over in our booth. The food was lacking flavour and it was messy!!! Our taco salad was thrown on the plate. The food isn't as good as it used to be when it first opened. We don't go there anymore. But if we do, we only eat appetizers and have drinks only!
The wait staff is adequate for large crowds. We had a party in the back and staff handled it well.
Maybe it's just me, but I feel the food and service has been going down hill here over the last few years. Had an incident the other day - waitress forgot to send our order to the Kitchen, and came back to tell us that after we sat for 1/2 hour. Eventually the food came, and it was bland. Our drinks sat empty the entire time as well, and they we're not really that busy. No offer of a discount despite letting us wait for 1/2 hour with 2 young kids.
Definitely a favorite for the gang at work! Always quick service and the meals are very consistent. Hot meals are hot and cold meals are cold. Favorite meal is the Chicken Milanese - luncheon size. Great spicy Caesars (served with a dill pickle - the way it should be!!). Excellent appetizer menu. Clean dining area and courteous staff.
