I had 3 fillings done by dr. Davidoff. All of them are sensitive to heat and cold since getting them done with her. I’ve never had this happen with any other dentist. At first it was way worse and I contacted her and she said it would get better. It did marginally, but I still have some pain on the 3 specific teeth that she worked on when chewing crunchy and cold or hot things. She drilled too deep I think. I tried to contact the office to get a refund but they ignored my message!
The staff recently let me know that my kids were due for checkups with our dental plan so I booked it with them. After having the work done they realized they had mistakenly booked me in for the wrong date and owed for the entire appointment. Though I paid it without complaint they were completely unapologetic about the mistake. They then proceeded to try to book me in for more work and when I said no I wanted to know that I was covered they were rude. Anyway our family of 5 is going elsewhere.
Dr.Davidoff is amazing! Her office space is inviting and very professional. The front end team that greet you, book your appointments and take your payments are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Kelly and all her staff are friendly and very educated in every aspect. My oldest son has had major dental work done by Dr.Davidoff and the entire experience has been wonderful. My younger son had his first filling and the whole team went above and beyond to make it a calm experience ❤️
They don't really listen to what you have to tell them. Spent a long time saving a wisdom tooth instead of doing an extraction as requested. Seems quite expensive in most case. Clean, nice office and professional service in general.
