very unplesant experiance with this shop. Gave me a quote for rear brakes for $339. Took in my car and got a call a couple hours later saying that it would now be over $900 they quoted $239 per caliper extra. Also wrote in inspection that the front brake rotors were very bad and needed to be changed. The front brake pads were just changed 3 weeks prior by a trusted mechanic who said front rotors were fine. Also on inspection notice say my horn isn't working but it worked on the way to the shop because i used it on the way there. Why would they be messing with my horn for a brake inspection. And now my horn isnt working. They also said that my timing belt needed to be changed at 160000 km but was just changed by volkswagon at 110000 km and it now sits at 140000 km. I just want to say buyer beware.
I have been a customer of OK Tire Chilliwack for over 15 years. They continue to impress me with a very high level of service, professionalism, integrity and expertise.
Although I moved away from Chilliwack in 2004, I continue to return to OK Tire Chilliwack for all my auto service needs. There's no one like them.
