Poor service, premium charges without providing expected services. Beware of this company, they're not what you would expect them to be.
They pretend to be licensed, bonded and insured paralegal firm... but, there is no regulatory body for paralegals in Alberta. If there is a problem with the services provided by a paralegal, there is no recourse for review, complaint or discipline of the paralegal. A very good niche for fishy services.
