Worse dog Grooming and doggy day care in this city. Staff is not experienced in nail ttimming or how to manage a afraid dog. Also our dog always smells like old pee whenever he goes to day care. After multiple bad experiences we will no longer consider pawsh dog for any of our dogs needs.
they classified my dog as extra large. He is a 77 lb golden retiever. For a basic grooming it was 118.00. Seems a bit over priced... his hair wasnt dried properly and now his head has a strange crease in it. Anywhere else I go they classify him as a large dog...well behaved, and easy to work with. Taking my grooming elsewhere from now on.
I took my little 11 year old Maltese for a 7 day/night stay. When picked up was nowhere in sight in daycare pen where we were told she would spend her days but told she was in back but not why. When she was brought out she was traumatized,
dirty, hair missing from left side of nose and a walnut size lump and puncture between her shoulder blades extremely close to spine. She was taken to a vet..antibiotics, trauma and a weight loss of 1.2 lbs which is huge. The staff have lied about care.
My family and I went on vacation for 5 days we left our dog at the Pawsh dog and when we came back we had to take our dog to the emergency hospital, when we took her home after the pawsh dog my dog barfed and had a seizure so when we took her to the hospital the vet told us she was gonna die the next day if we not of brought her to the hospital.The vet bill was $1,000, we asked the staff how our dog was doing at the Pawsh place and they said she was playing around and was happy ya right.
