I took my wife here for our anniversary on friday based on some recommendations and we had one of the best dinning nights out ever. I moved from Unionville to Newmarket two years ago. I still make a monthly pilgrimage to Mr Fish and Chips because I haven't found anything remotely comparable from here to Vaughan. The fish batter is light and flaky. Their chips are good, but the potato fritters (my personal favourite) are lip-smacking goodness.
The eat-in area is pretty basic. Definitely NOT somewhere to go on a first date. Come for the food, not the ambiance.

Rasoee serves good food - The butter chicken is really nice, the naan bread is fresh - and the tamarind dipping sause for the samosas is great - My one concern? I have been there many times and THE MEAT PORTIONS ARE ALWAYS VERY SMALL. If you go there you will see what I mean. Happy eating to all =^)

Been coming here for years. I dont know who wrote that last review but they must have a screw loose. What would you expect if you tried to get a table for 7 people on a saturday nite without a reservation when the place is lined up. We had a great time, the food was good and the service was adequate considering how busy the place was. The lineup indicated they are doing something right. Not too many restaurants are around as long as they have been.

Decent for a pub. Service isn't the best but the BLT chicken wrap that i always order never disappoints. The greek salad is also great. I would not reccommend sitting inside, the patio is the place to be. I go for lunch at the arms at least once a week, I'll continue to as long as the BLT wrap remains delicious!
