Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

The guys working here are very honest. It's a refreshing change from what I'm used to - previously needing to do my research so I don't get taken advantage of at other repair shops. I have had such positive experiences with my vehicles - & was reasonably charged - that I've recommended their shop to neighbours and friends. We have been using J&D Autotec for more than 20 years. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Their prices are reasonable and only repair what needs to be repaired. Can not say enough good things about VIP Autocare.
I had to repaint 50% of my vehicle and had some rust spots to get ahead of as well and wanted to get this all done at once and picked up my car today and it looks brand new! VIP came highly recommended by my mechanic and I am so happy I brought my car here!
Some rust was accumulating on my rear lights on my hatch back and also had some damage on my bumper and a scrape that ran the length of one side of my car that I really wanted repaired.

I’ve been going to Meineke on Clyde shortly after it opened and have dealt with Oscar, Dave, Hal and Brandon all have been great to deal with. My latest visit was a result of a leak but before having me spend on a lot of money on unnecessary repairs they were very meticulous in finding exactly where it was leaking before they repaired anything
