I hosted my birthday party this past April at Casa Manila (group of 30!) I was esctastic to discover that they hosted a Sunday brunch buffet with their top menu selections. Mila was my contact and she was AMAZING. Food was absolutely delicious! I had several guests with a diverse array of dietary restrictions (including vegetarian and no pork). Every single guest complimented the selection and quality of food. We all left with fully satisfied bellies. I definitely recommend this place! Read more

I remember coming here in the early 1990s and loved it then. It still has one of the best burgers in town, especially the homemade burger. They serve beer and have a TV as well. I watched the hockey playoffs while having my food. Great food, excellent customer service and hope they do not renovate as I love the classic diner look! If you have never been here, it is a must! I know Magweyers Restaurant in the Baywood Plaza in Ajax is superb. The food is so delightfully fresh and flavours that to h your pallet so gracefully. I have tried most of the menu ,and with the food and lovely service, I can only say it’s a solid 5 STAR restaurant. I would love to go on but go and try it for yourself. This is one of my favourite Chinese restaurants because of the food alone. Sure the service is nothing to write home about, and the atmosphere is just above par- I go here for the food! Even if you are not into sushi, it is worth a trip to Kakemono! My boyfriend LOVES sushi and although I don't mind it, it is not my favourite meal in the world. However, I love Teriyaki and the Teriyaki dishes on Kakemono's all you can eat menu are wonderful. The prices are reasonable when compared to the price you may for most all-you-can-eat places and the food was great. We will be going back in the near future! Read more
