Tonite Nov 13 I was missing 4 Jr cheeseburgers from my order, I called the store, and a young gentleman apologized and asked if \I could come back in, I said yes it would be about 10 mins. When \I got there my order was ready, and when \I got home seen that not only had I received the 4 missing burgers but that they replaced the whole order and included fries. The pizzas we ordered were sooo delicious, fresh, and cooked just right! And the crust was exceptional! It was soft and just the perfect texture.The three of us got two large pizzas for two days, but they were sooo good, that we ate them all up on the first day. The delivery was quick and the driver was sooo nice.! I ordered on the app and I was really impressed, especially since I worked 8 years as a Customer Service agent for another pizza chain and saw how Pappa Johns was so easy to follow! Read more

They hired a girl lately , her name is Marina , and I see her going to the top also . Very polite and her comments are respectful .
