My family came down from Montreal and Pembroke to celebrate the Christening of my granddaughter. We chose Tosca's because of the food and the service. The waiters were so friendly and paid attention to the needs of the clients. The food was delicious! We were a group of 24. I would definitely choose this venue as the place to host a party. I have traveled around the world more than once in my life time, and La Piazza is on my top 3 Italian Restaurants. There is a science to cooking pasta right, you cant just throw everything in a pan and cook it. You can tell they take their time with each dish, and it just tastes magnificent. I originally went for a business meeting, and some how the meeting started to revolve around the food. Great tasting Italian food Period.

Like Rick, I have been going to Napoli's for several years now. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere, the food and the service. I have tried just about every item on the menu, and have enjoyed every one. My favorite is the house salad. Their salad dressing is to die for!

Great service and a delicious meal consistent with what i expect from this restaurant. The garlic bread was fresh, the arrabbiata sauce (Hell's Kitchen chicken) was spicy, and the service was friendly. Their Spanish Coffee wasn't as good as I'd expected, but a decent cup of coffee is a rarity in most restaurants...
My only complaints are that the temperature inside was cold, and the booths seem a little cramped.

An out of the way little house that looks like a local take out pizza joint. Walk in and there are a few tables. Sit down and order and get some of the best Italian food I have had in Ottawa. Ask what the special is, you never know. We stared wit a sausage appetizer that is to die for, flavorful and spiced just right. There were 6 of us so we all ordered different things and tried each others. There was not a loser in the bunch. Skip the insalata, it is just greens on a plate. The veal picatta was outstanding and the pastas were great. Get the house wine, the night we were there it was a very good valpolicella.
You will need reservations here very soon, best to call before had anyway.

I am a celiac and I just discovered this restaurant! When you walk in they ask if you need a gluten free menu which is something I’ve never been asked before. They have an amazing variety of options for gluten free. The service was insanely good and there was nothing but an evening filled with laughs and a great environment. The chef comes out to check up on you during the meal asking if you need anything else and checking in to see how you’re enjoying the meal.

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in.
We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots.
Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience.
We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere.
We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again.
