The first place I go to in Toronto whenever I need a coat, because nowhere else do you get such a great selection, good quality and full range of sizes. Staff is attentive when you need them, but will also leave you alone to browse if you prefer. I bought a fully reversible trench coat with a removable lining. The kind of coat that will last for years and would have cost a lot more elsewhere.

Esti Thank you! While looking for mother of the bride we did not make an appointment but Esti was short staffed welcomed us in with. No issues let us freely walk around and pick dresses and had my mom and I stay after she was closed to keep trying in along with going to get other dresses she thought my mom would like all while her child was sick at home. Amazing shop and fabulous saleswomen. They managed to find the perfect grade 8 grad dress for my daughter in less than an hour....something I was unable to do in 6 1/2 lol.
One of the women helping us today lives in Mississauga and stayed past her shift to help even though the weather was awful. This woman found a dress for my daughter that I would not have picked up in a million years. My daughter's exact words when she looked in the mirror..."Mummy I feel like a Princess"......enough said?
