I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. After being told I needed surgery for severe tendonitis on my wrist, I started laser pain therapy treatments at Surrey Pain & Wellness Clinic. After the first session, I felt no difference in my symptoms, but had a second treatment three days later and was then virtually pain free for three days! Having never had this kind of treatment before, I did not know what to expect, but sure wish I had tried it a long time ago. I continue now with treatments and will then do the shockwave therapy to make sure the tendonitis is gone for good.
