Batter! It seems to be the hardest thing to get right. I've tried places all over the city and for the the upper west side this can't be beat. If in the south east end, try British Style. I have been to Boston Pizza many times, and I have a great experience everytime. I am always satisfied with the food and the wait for it isn't that long either. If you are not in the mood for pizza, there are many other menu choices you could chose from. Pasta is always a good second choice. I personally think anything you order there you will not be disappointed.

The food was pretty good...but it isn't that inexpensive. Our 1/2 litre of wine - really good Cab Sauv suggested by our quite competent waiter -was $24.95! Threw us a bit...but our fault as we didn't check the price first :) Pretty nice wine, though.
We each had the soup of the day which was very good and came with garlic toast plus we split the nachos which were good as well. I have no complaints...We sat in the bar and the waiter/bartender provided excellent service. I was actually surprised that it was so good...LOL....

I do not regularly eat at this one. I prefer the one on Cliifton Hill in Niagara Falls. I went here for a date with my boyfriend. I was seated rather quickly and drinks were delivered quickly. I ordered their pepper pizza. Waited about 25 minutes and then got our food. It had less toppings as the picture on the menu.
The atmosphere was fine. The waitress staff were adequate.
But overall I prefer the Clifton Hill Boston Pizza. The waitress staff seem a lot happier. And the food LOOKS LIKE THE MENU PICTURES. There is quality in the food at other restaurants, not this one as much.

the food was amazing and the service was very good. once we got our food they asked us if it was all we needed and how we were doing. this is a great place to take your kids. they have amazing different dishes for all age groups. there is even a kids corner for young children to play. There is also a bar on the other side for adults. I think its a great place. the atmosphere of Boston Pizza was amazing and everyone was very kind.
