Avail Custom Contracting Inc. is owned and operated by Jeff Bruin, a second generation licensed Builder. Jeff took over the family business in SW Ontario in 1999. With experience in both production and custom building, Jeff combines his impeccable attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the industry with his ability to build a house quickly and efficiently.
