COLLECT® WMS 

COLLECT® WMS is a Warehouse Management System that supports pure distribution or combined distribution/manufacturing enterprises. Features include License Plating, Automated Task Management, Quality Management, Automated Replenishment, Shipment Route/Load Planning, Multiple Pick, Pack and Ship options, ASN Data Preparation for EDI, Carrier Integration, Shipping Documents and Label Printing, etc. For manufacturers, Work Order Issues, Receipts, Direct and Indirect Labor Reporting is available. COLLECT® WMS is suited to almost all verticals but has special features to support environments requiring expiry date management and traceability such as healthcare, food, beverage and safety products.

COLLECT® SFDC

A full featured WMS is not for everyone. For those who don't need a full WMS, MSC offers COLLECT® SFDC (Shop Floor Data Collection). SFDC is modular and can be be implemented module-by-module or in any combination vs a WMS which must be deployed as a unit. 

Inventory is not managed in the SFDC database, it is only held in the ERP inventory files. This makes it possible to deploy point solutions for Labor Collection, Purchase Receiving, Work in Process, Advanced Shipping, etc. 

SFDC supports real-time data capture of all Inventory and Manufacturing related transactions, using bar code technologies. As data is captured, it is validated and posted in real-time to the ERP system. 

ADVANCED SHIPPING

Advanced Shipping is available in both WMS and SFDC. With Advanced Shipping comes:
