K3 Excavating Ltd

This place is hard to find. I saw no one in an office of any kind. I heard a man screaming at someone. As I approached the screaming man said, what do you want? I asked if this was K3, he said it was. I asked if I could get an estimate on a job and he said to call the office. Poor service.
