I needed some locks changed so I called Speedy Locksmith guys and they were able to provide a quote over the phone and scheduled a time to get the locks changed. The tech was on time and provided some security explanations for me. He finished changing locks in about an hour and when it came to the final bill, it was exactly what was quoted over the phone.
