Absolute pleasure to deal with ottawa valley handrailing. The entire staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. They finished my job on time and it is a beautiful art piece in my home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Although work is still not completed so can't review the completed work yet, I can say that they have delayed the job by 3 weeks from the original schedule which is a problem since we arranged for alternate living while they were worki. They ripped out the old railing in Feb and now say they won't get the new railing installed until early april No communication of schedule change. I had to call to find out why they weren't working on the job and they only let me know then they delayed the job.
