Terrible place. High levels of infestations from mice, cockroaches, termites and bed bugs. Management does not care at all in most situations and makes a minimum or none at all effort every time there is a complaint. All they want is high turn over so they can jack up the rent at will. Located very close to high crime spots on Dixon Rd. Very few civilized, quiet tenants left. The majority are noisy, untidy, reckless and ignorant towards the others. Think twice before choosing this place
