I really wish I could rate it 0 out of 5. I arrived at 10:15am , receptionist didn’t tell me or anyone that the doctor wasn’t even there. At 10:45am , the doctor finally shows up, 45 minutes late and the clinic opened at 10am. She just strolled in and didn’t apologize at all to anyone. Unbelievable!!

Bad Customer Service

IMPORTANT: If I could rate lower I would. This walk in centre has bad time management. Skips patients, accordingly to favoritism. The receptionists are not friendly, and make you feel very unwelcome. The doctors are very nice, patient and understanding. However, they can be unreliable and unprofessional as they do not leave a stamp or their name on a reference sheet they may give you when going to a pharmacy or hospital. I do not recommend this centre as it is a waste of time and not reliable

If you want to spend your day waiting to get attitude by the receptionists this is the place to go. I got there at 9am ( when they opened) and waited an additional hour just to over hear the receptionist tell someone the doctor isn't around and won't be for a while. The doctors are friendly and loving but it's not worth the wait.
