The customer service with Mary is great, until the appliance is delivered and has a list of issues like broken fridge drawers, missing racks, etc. After that, nothing is done to fix the issues, no returns are allowed, and best of all, they specifically block your phone number and do no return calls. I am not simply an angry person, I am simply surprised and how misleading they have been with their business, and am not the only one who has had this experience.
