Had a roof done, shingles had nails coming through, nails 1/4" up off roof deck all over, starter strip & ice & water not properly applied, underlayment visible in some areas and not in other areas, they overlap the cut off pieces in the last 1/4 section of roof? ... job resulted in a tear off.
