    I agree with the above mentioned statement, Jim was definitely not easy to talk to. I've been a customer for over 20 years and Pat has always been great to deal with. He gives you fast friendly service and when your talking to him you feel that you had a chat with your best friend. Keep up the great work PAT!!!! Lee Family

    I was going to switch 3 years ago as I was not getting along with Jim, but once Pat took over, what difference in the service level. I would recommend Pat to any of my friends and family.
