    Customer Service is Condescending

    The Rep I was dealing with, though knowledgable,spoke down to me when he answered my questions and I was offended by his condescending manner. I can find what I need elsewhere!

    I am unaware of this.....please contact me as I am concerned that an employee was acting in this manner...truly sorry about this, I have a feeling he is no longer employed with us!!!!! again, i WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS WHAT HAPPENED, AND WHAT WE CAN DO ABOUT IT.....
