Terrible Experience
My husband is sensitive to bright light and lost his magnetic clip on sunglasses on his trip. He had just drove 7 hours on a sunny day to get back to Delta and even before going home we went to buy a pair of clip on sunglasses. I popped my head in to ask if they carried clip on sunglasses. I was told they did but I would have to give my name and phone number to come in to see them. I wasnt interested in unloading our entire tired family from the van unless I was sure they had the product he needed. After a small debate about the policy the receptionist said I could just quickly giving a name and phone number. So I unpacked the tired husband and two kids, loaded the kids up with a game to keep them busy.As it was I was offended that I had to offer personal info just to come into the store as the discussion/debate went on a very RUDE manager came out and said I would also have to give my address to come into the store bcs they have to complete a file and an invoice for me to purchase a $15 pair of clip on sunglasses. Pls keep in mind I dont even know if we are buying anything in the store but I have to provide: name, phone number and adress. A few of the staff were very apologetic and nice about the lame store policy but the "manager" was extremely confrontational in her approach. No way in the world I would ever give them my business (which he is buying a new pair of -usually $700 Progressive lens and frames). No wonder there was not a single person in the store. The next place we went was busy with customers but helpful and we were never asked to provide personal info to buy a $15 pair of clip on sunglasses!!!!!
