I couldn’t ask for better people to deal with they are exceptional. I moved back to Newfoundland not planning on staying and left all my stuff in storage. Planning on going back soon to retrieve it but don’t been the furniture stuff no more , just some personal belongings mostly . They are going to help me with that . With times being so hard they have been there for me with billing problems and much more . I highly recommend them to anyone
We had to move from our home in St Albert at the end of June. The staff was very friendly and eager to meet our moving requirements. They delivered moving pods right to our door. They picked up the pod immediately after it was loaded and delivered us an empty pod. We were not pressured in any way to hurrying with the loading. The loaded pods were stored in their secured yard and delivered to our new home when we were ready for them. I highly recommend them.

We had a billing issue with St Albert Storage and the owner Leo Sequin exceeded our expectations in fixing it. Not only is the place secure and clean but the management is top notch. We would not go anywhere else.
