I unfortunately had a bad experience with Wade. At first I thought I had a good inspection but shortly after I looked at my footings under my mobile myself and then seen they were all leaning and half were not even holding up the trailer. I asked for my money back and he agreed and then changed his mind. Now I am finding more issues that he should have caught like no heat into the addition etc. I could have made a substantial difference in my offer if knowing these things. Also I found mold
