We have had difficulty in our garage door with the fluctuating weather in the last year. We did not purchase nor install this package with Overhead door. But we had to call Overhead door for the service calls. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were very kind and made the service call very comforting. Mike the service manager and Brett the service tech, couldn't have been more reliable and ontime, professional and courteous. 2 Thumbs up for this company!!!
