Sitting at the desk in her studio, Krista Frattin, a Stampin’ Up independent demonstrator, reflects on the business she’s been building since 2007. When she thinks about it, she can hardly believe her good luck - truth be told, it’s not always easy to make a good living when you’re in the business of direct selling. It can be a lot of hard work with little return. But, despite the odds, Krista has managed to cultivate her passion for crafting and carve out a successful business that she runs from her home in north Edmonton.
Krista explains that in the world of direct-selling, "sales takes work - feet to the pavement work. Even after being a consultant for years I am always thinking five steps ahead. How can I meet new customers, how can I generate excitement, what can I do differently to keep things fresh?"
